Access the Suspended Folder:
- Open your email client or webmail service.
- Navigate to the Suspended folder (this may be in your spam, junk, or quarantine section, depending on your provider).

Select Emails to Delete:
- Check the boxes next to the emails you want to remove.
- If you want to delete all emails, look for a Select All option.

Delete the Emails:
- Click the Delete or Trash icon.
- Confirm the deletion if prompted.

Empty the Trash (Optional):
- Go to your Trash or Deleted Items folder.
- Select Empty Trash to permanently delete the emails.
