Resolving Contact Sync Issues in Stream Portal

Check Sync Settings – Ensure contact sync is enabled under Settings > Integrations.



Refresh API Connection – Go to Settings > API Keys and click Reconnect to refresh the connection.



Verify Data Format – Contacts must include First Name, Last Name, and Email for proper syncing.



Clear Sync Queue – Navigate to Sync Manager, clear pending syncs, and retry.



Reauthorize Third-Party App – If using an external contact source, reconnect via Integrations > Reauthorize.
