Conversion Process

1. Log in with admin credentials and navigate to Settings > System > User Management.
2. Click on the name of the administrator you wish to convert.
3. In the pop-up window, tick the Disable Account checkbox at the top left corner.
4. Change the Email address to a temporary or dummy email address.
5. Invite the disabled administrator to join the hub as an advocate using their original email address.
